P95 or Sigma

I had a Sigma 40VE and while I liked it all right, I fired a friends P95 and would go with it.

won a sigma 9mm from the local gunshow raffle for 20 bucks.guy uses the raffle money to buy bullet proof vests for the police dogs.smith also had a promotion that aded 2 free mags.immediately sent it to smith repair to clean up the trigger.one day i will fire it.i like the grip better than the glocks,but ccw a 26.

the biggest problem i had with the Sigma was finding a holster fot it! no one makes a dedicated holster for them except Fobus. i finally figured out that the Blackhawk SERPA for the Glock 21 will fit it. forget about nice leather holsters.

Its not "nice leather" but Blade-tech makes their kydex holsters to fit the Sigma. I'm sure with the myriad of custom leather guys out there that you could also get something to fit it too (that's

I think you will find lots of holsters for the Sigma. It's made by one of the world's major producers of firearms and has been in production for nearly 20 years. Lot's of makers will cover your Sigma. You won't find Glock 19 type availability, but it's not a Steyr M-A1 either.

Just off the top of my head Galco, Fobus, & DeSantis make holsters for the Sigma. The gun's is one of S&W's best sellers despite the heavy trigger.

Both good guns, but I would opt for the sigma. Lighter, better ergonomics and higher mag capacity. And it's a Smith

Reliability ...p95...I wouldn't go sigma...I would look at the SD9...different magazine follower sigma mags can have feeding problems they fixed that with the SD and it has a much better trigger a mellonite slide and a night sight

Of the 2 you list I would go with the Ruger.

IMO the Bersa Thunder in a FS or compact is in the same price range and a better gun..

I own both.For carrying I say the Sigma and for shooting the P95.Both have functioned perfect for me.
