Placed an order for mags and ammo yesterday morning. Just checked the status and it says I haven't placed any order.

Is that typical? I get the very slow processing and shipping, and I'm fine with it. Just curious why it says I haven't even ordered.

^^^ Agreed. For whatever other issues I had with them, having orders not show up was not one of them. They were always on the Dashboard as soon as I signed in.

I just ordered a Freedom series BGC/5.56 ammo combo from them today. The BCG+120 rounds of 5.56 was $108.50 shipped.

That is an awesome deal and if I have to wait for it, so be it.

Hmm. Well, just checked again and still the same. "You have placed no orders." Tried calling the number listed in the order confirmation email (which is the same one listed on the website under Contacts) and I get a message saying, "The customer you called is not available at this time. Please try again later."

Sent an email, though I'm not incredibly hopeful for a response. Guess we'll see what happens.

Yeah, yesterday they had the "Premium (no logo)" BCG with 120 rounds of American Eagle XM193 for $99.99 before shipping. I wanted to jump on it too, but with this other order not even showing up I decided to wait. It sold out pretty quickly, as you'd imagine. They sell that same BCG for $89.99 all by itself. $10 more for 120 rounds of 193? Hmmmmmmmmm.

Update on Post #76:

I got through to PSA by phone this morning. Waited on hold for about 18 mins. I asked why my order wasn't showing up on the dashboard, allowing me to check the order status. The customer service rep confirmed my order and listed the items on it, confirmed my shipping address, etc, after I provided the order number.

She said the reason my order doesn't (and won't, according to her) show up on my dashboard is because when I ordered, I wasn't signed into an account. Since it was my first order through PSA, I created my account at the same time the order was confirmed. However, it's still considered a "one time transaction" and won't be linked to my new PSA account. Future orders I make will show up, provided I log into my account before selecting the item and going through the order process.

Anyway, that's the explanation she gave me. Seems weird that it wouldn't link to the account that I created by ordering, but I guess if that's how their site works, well... okay. Good to know, at any rate.

FWIW, the CSR was helpful, quick, and polite.

I've been running a freedom bcg in my PSA rifle for 500 rounds now, no issues. I'm not sure what the difference between the "freedom" and "premium" bcg is anyway, they have the same specs.

The only difference on the specs is the "extractor o ring insert" on the premium, big deal.

Ordered 9 mm lower from PSA, when came to my dealer to transfer checked already installed magazine release. It not working, declined transfer sent an email to PSA customer service, have no replay.
Tried to call was on hold for more than 1 hour, no respond.
Really disappointed in quality and service. Spent money and not able to use my lower. Not sure how long it will take. I understand that fixing it not a big deal, but why would I spend extra time and money?
Finally after 1 hour 35 minutes connected. Rep told me that I will receive shipping back label in 24 hours time frame. After that my dealer will send none functioning lower to PSA, they will inspect and send an replacement. Figured it will take another 2-3 weeks.

I believe I would have called right away and asked for a new mag release to be sent to me. Seems like a lot simpler than returning the whole thing.

I ordered an RCBS die. They listed it as being available. About a month and a half later
they said they didn't have the die and would return my money. That was a long time ago
and I'm not holding my breath. If you want to order from a good mail order outfit go with
Midway they are reputable.

I try to stay away from the PSA website - they always seem to have a great deal that I cannot live without.

Yeah I have had my first issue with them this past month (I have ordered from them for years with no issues, except for a few orders taking a few extra days but for me that is not a real issue). Bought an AK47 from them and 3 magazines to go with it. Received the AK just fine but the magazines were shipped separately to my home. Received the order but only received 2 of the magazines. Actually got 3 magazines but one of them was for an AR not an AK. Called and got someone and they said they would ship out a new one and I could keep the AR one. That was nice but I still have not received the AK replacement mag yet and it has been 3 weeks. Have tried to call them over the 3 weeks but was on hold from 30 minutes to over an hour each time. Well I tried this morning right away when they open and got someone right away (he said that is the best time to call). Said they are backed up with what they call "fix-it" orders. They are still planning on shipping it but are way behind. He could not explain why when they are about a week behind on those orders it has been 3 weeks for my order. Said he would try to get it moved up the line. Not sure how much that is going to do. I guess I will just have to wait a bit and see if it shows up, as they are not going to tell me when it ships or give me any tracking information. I will just have to play the waiting game and see what happens.

I've come to the conclusion that if you're going to order from PSA you need to consider it a surprise gift to yourself. Order it, forget you ordered it, and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives.

I did call regarding parts to be sent to me, not so fast. I been told that company have to do complete check what is wrong and after that, send me replacement. I asked to just cancel this order, because I did not transfer yet lower, not so fast, they have to receive part back. Now I'm just stock with that problem and third day waiting for return label to be sent to me. How long it should take to make shipping label?

lol, this requires PSA answer the phone. Historically, they will not answer your call to fix what they screwed up
