Springfield Armory Store

    As you may or may not know, Springfield Armory Store had their

    magazines on sale this past week. I ordered 2 XD9 magazines.

    Springfield Armory Store refused to sell them to me, they said my

    name did not match the mailing address associated with my card.

    The bank I use said this was bunk. I am very disappointed in my

    very first attempt to do business with Springfield Armory!

    Thats very odd. If you and your bank verified the info is right I would call their customer service and demand an answer.

    Step 1 - ask them to read back all of the information to make sure no one typed in the wrong information.

    Step 2 - ask to be elevated to a department manager.

    Step 3 - try to conference in your bank on the call or ask them to call your bank.

    Step 4 - call back and try again later with a different rep.
