Today I parted with my trusted companion for the last few years. A low serial number P-32 Kel tec. It's finish worn from the many miles we have traveled together. The handy pocket clip still attached to it's left side. In it's place a new P-3AT now resides. I trust that in it's new home it will continue to serve it's new owner as well as it has served me. It will take a while for the new pocket gun to earn the level of trust I placed in my old companion, and I have no doubt that it shall. I bet by the tone of this thread, all can guess that I have a hard time letting go of guns that have served me well. Guess that's why I have so many.

I kept my 2 P-32s (his & hers) after getting a P-3AT. No longer carry the P-32 but the wife does so I'll keep 'em both, one for a back-up. Guess I'll have to get another P-3AT also - for a back-up!

My wife and I have "his and her's". We had two of the P-32s and two P-11s. I would have liked to keep my P-32, but I got $150 for it from another officer that needed a hideout gun. I ended up about $80 out of pocket for my P 3AT. Hope I don't regret giving up the 32------
