Possibly some day may get into a LePage, A Mang or a Charles Moore pistol and because of experiences with dealers in replica arms, I began looking around for a source of spare parts. Cherry's sells the guns but no parts but was good enough to refer me to Flintlocks etc (Letter Below)

Cabellas did not answer

I wrote Dixie and asked specifically about the above Pistols, Ans:

" We do not have any parts for these REVOLVERS"

Flintlocks etc is listed on the Pedersoli home page as a designated supplier of parts. I exchanged some correspondence with them and got this:
"Mike,

We are a full line distributor for Pedersoli so carry the guns, accessories, and parts. We like to say that we are the only ones dumb enough to carry the parts; since some of the parts we carry are for our competitors guns that are sold "exclusively" by them. The sell the guns but don't want to be bothered with the parts since there are so many little screws, springs, etc. for each gun. We basically carry the major things that can go wrong.

Thank you,
R. Beauchamp

mec I feel your pain. This past deer season I broke the stock on my Blue Ridge Rifle(sold by cabelas). None of the afore listed outfits could help me in my quest. Don't ask how I broke the stock. but I did happen to bag a buck and a doe this year . nice firearms, but might as well have a custom , if parts are unobtainable. peace

I may have solved my set of concerns. I ordered a Lyman Great Plains pistol to go with the rifle I've had since they first came out. Lyman advertises (and I hope actually has) the parts for these on the same page. I also believe the coil spring lock may be more durable.

Yes, i did. I asked specifically about the Pedersoli LePage, Mang and Charles Moore- all singleshot pistols sold by Dixie.
The answer: " We do not have any parts for these REVOLVERS."

Very likely, the respondent was flying a network terminal in Bangalore India and couldn't be expected to know a revolver from a single shot pistol Dixie may very well have these parts but the above response makes me believe that there would be little chance of them actually finding them.
