Last July my brother had bought a new Rottweiler puppy. Two weeks after getting it, he received orders to go to Saudi Arabia, and I took the pup in. This March my brother returned and picked up his pup, then the war started and things weren't working out with the pup in hi "new" home. So my brother asked if I would take him back, and I did. My wife and I never really felt right, as my brother paid a lot for this dog. Couldn't afford to pay him bak the total cost of the dog, so we bought him a new Glock 19. The sweet part was that I bought it used but it has never been fired except for the test firing at Glock. Cost was $369 plus tax. Needless to say he was excited when I told him about it on the phone today, as he was going to purchase one soon. Just glad I was able to do this for him.

Well for me, the ammo runs at $30 a bag, but I'm already use to it We had another Rottie that we recently had to put to sleep, due to some health issues. At that time I was spending $60 for doggie ammo.

And when you figure the cost of cleaning the glock vs. a puppy....

I still think you got the good end of the deal.

It's a real friendly dog. Kinda old but I'm partial to old 1911's ;)
