hmmm Darwin award? I'm thinking he may in fact qualify; 39, numerous previous illegal activities, now charged with robbery and armed criminal action. IF the courts do as they should ... this robber will be sitting in a cell for the next 50 years staring at his scars, wondering why he didn't just get a job. By the time he gets out, at age 90, he'll be pretty useless to the gene pool.

Victim- done well, stopped the threat, put a crook in the hospital and then jail, and was unharmed, and protected his big mean evil puppy dog too!

Police- done well, didn't crucify the victim, and actually honored the interstate CCW agreement.

Reporter/Newspaper- done well, honest reporting, stating facts and not opinion, did not paint the victim as a bad guy, and DID make the bad guy a bad guy.

All in all, I'd say this a GOOD THING all the way around!!!

those shots undoubtedly hurt doggies ears.

I bet they asked first "is the dog friendly?"

if I were asked this at 3am I would say "NO"!!!
