Heard good things about them, so I placed an order back in February. So far I've received nothing, and heard nothing other than they charged my credit card.

I've tried emailing and calling them. The phone is no longer in service, and the email bounces.

Can anyone give me a warm and fuzzy that they are still in business? Or am Out of luck?

I just spoke with them on Monday this week. The owner has been out at a number of trade shows for ther past couple weeks. He did mention that he is pretty backed up.

I ordered 1500 .357 158gr tcfp's and 1000 .45 230 rn's on Monday. sounds like a two week delay at this point.

He might make an ok bullet but he knows nothing about customer servive.
Theres way more better places to do business with.

Sounds like you need to call your credit card company. Hitting your credit card without shipping product is a big internet business red flag for me. I give no strikes for this practice. They're "out" the first time they do this with no second chances.

My advice is to stop payment, with the complaint of "no delivery."

Dave

A Big Plus One.
Don't let internet companys do this to you.

I just ordered bullets from Powder Valley. USPS, delivered in 3 days and I got free shipping.
I just did an order with Graf & sons. FedEx delivered in 5 days w/ free shipping.

The above companys take care of their customers.

Do a search in some of the forums or ask around and you'll soon find out who will take care of you. It's not always the "best deal".

Just talked to them and they are busy. The toll free no. needs the access code dialed to make it work. I have no complaints about customer service as Bob has always been a standup guy that does extras for customers all the time at no charge and spends whatever time necessary with customers to help them out. Their bullets are not just OK they are exceptional. The cast quality, the very low weight deviations make them the superior performer to ANY cast bullet I've used. Bear in mind this is a small operation in which the owner does everthing in house, including running his own foundry to make several different alloys for different applications and makes over 75 different bullets ,many of which are just not available anyplace else. And you wonder why the guy is backed up? Demand, Demand,Demand. I had a long talk with the owner about the credit card thing and it was explained this way to me: Orders are done in batches and all orders are essentially made to order as it were. He charges a group of orders then goes to work on the batch untill its done. Some batches are large and some are small and right now demand is at the highest he has seen it in 20 yrs.plus he refuses to compromise on quality. Many good cast bullet companies are backed up right now, not just his. I feel his product is worth the wait.

national bullet co took 2 months to deliver to me, i had to change my order. its not always the casters fault, its hard to get some of the metals right now to make the alloys, that was the hold up at NBC. (bullets are good by the way)

might not be all on them, just my experience :)

They showed up today!

Showed up in the mail today, well packaged, double boxed and padded with newspaper.

Will load some and let you know how I like them.
