Normal person would be "NO" on "l" correct? That question always confuse me.

Found my own answer. lol

http://www.atf.gov/forms/download/atf-f-4473.pdf

Skip question 12.

Non-immigrant alien is somebody in the US temporarily on a visa (tourist, student, guest worker). A green card holder is a Permanent Resident Alien.

You will need your A#, it goes in question 15. Also, in addition to your green card and state ID (drivers license) you will need 90 days proof of residency. This can be the most recent 3 months bank statements, utility bills, rent or mortgage receipt, etc. It must have your name and your current address on it.

What Corey said.
A lot of FFLs seemingly dont know about the 90 day thing. And it is one of the biggest causes for revocation of license proceedings.

I know, that part always trips me up also because the correct answer is essentially a double-negative and doesn't make a lot of sense.

But it's a government form, so making sense is always optional. :)
