I got this from my FFL yesterday (Bud's) and immediately brought it home to clean and lube, but can't shoot it yet because of turkey day. Tomorrow it will go with my 10/22 Takedown and get broken in.

I have contacted Gateway Tactical via email about purchasing a suppressor (and stamp :fire:) for the Rugers.....then the fun will begin!

I love the balance of the firearm, and how lite it really is. I have held or shot the other 22/45 Lites before this one, but I think this particular model balances better than the others. It also looks much better in person than in a photo.

I can already see a lot of time and money going in to this (Volquartsen), but it will be worth it.

Range report to follow.

I have one of the first generation 22/45 lites and like it quite a bit. It always makes it into the range bag when I go to shoot any other pistol. When I first got it I installed a kit that deactivated the mag safety, made takedown easier and lightened the trigger, I'd highly recommend it. I pretty much always shoot my Lite with with my Sparrow SS attached, to me it's the perfect .22 pistol suppressor host.
