my question is if benchmark shoots just as good as h335 should i just flip a coin and use one or stock both?

If they are both delivering you comparable results, my criteria would be 1) which one is available, and 2) which one delivers the lower cost per loaded round.

h335 would give me lower cost by about $10-20. never thought about that.

They can be sealed up with a small amount of wadding, but then you've got fouling from the wadding to worry about,
Never heard this before, and wouldn't do it.

Can the boat tail strip the rifling at low pressure/speed because it is a boat tail? I have no idea, and can't see how a boat tail would and a flat base wouldn't. If the bullet fits the bore, there is no gap at the full diameter portion of the bullet, either way.

Someone would have to prove this to me. :)

If the bullet fits the bore,..

...all I have is anecdotal evidence but those boat-tail bullets with the thick copper bases sure seem to leave clean lands at lower pressures :D. Regarding wadding I'll not rile our esteemed moderator, and if it's inappropriate to suggest that makeshift sabots can be formed from fibered plastic I'll refrain from doing so. Obviously safety comes first.
