Looking for a new set of grips for the revolver pictured below. I'm leaning towards either round-to-square conversion Houges or Ahrends Round butt finger grove grips
Anyone have a similar gun with those grips? Other suggestions?

I bought this round to square set from Eagle Grips.

What are you going to do with those grips once you replace them?

They'd look nice on a couple of my K/L Frame revolvers... ;)

I think they are already sold.
Kinda a shame, cause the wood looks great, nice grain with a little bit of cats-eye, but I don't like the shape.

Damn.

I had to ask. They look surprising like the Altamont grips on my 696, and I've not seen another pair like them for a long time.

+1 on grips4gun.com. They were the makers of the round-to-square conversions seen on my 586 below. They sell them from the website without medallions.

Carbon_15,

I would strongly consider Nills. I have purchased three in the last few months and they are just outstanding. The fit is unbelievable.....so tight you would not believe, and the wood is nice.......

I have one on a 629-4 (6" stainless round butt), 629-5 (4" stainless round butt), and a 586-4 (6" blue round butt).

Worth every penny and the wait.......

Check out the attached thumbnail of mine.....

Check out the website at http://www.nill-griffe.com/

All the best and Merry Christmas!!
