A Beretta CX4 would make a nice HD pistol caliber carbine, at only 29.7" long and under 5.7 lbs, its very compact. They're very reliable, it shoulders well and the ergonomics are nice. Its available in 9mm/.40S&W/45acp. The mags are interchangeable with many of the Beretta handguns such as the 92/96 & PX4. I went with the .40 S&W to match up with my 90-Two.
