Looks like an 870 or an 870 clone. I would lean towards it being a pardner pump 870 clone.

Judging by the photo, its a pump shotgun. That's about all I can make out.

The receiver tends to look like a 870 or clone as opposed to a 500, at least to me

Looks like an 870 wearing a Choate adjustable side folding stock and a magazine extension tube.

It's 870 based. Isn't there any markings on the side of the receiver? Not a Pardner. I have one and they have a hump back receiver. The Hawk version has the rounded 870 receiver. Should be a good shotgun if any of the 3. My Pardner is a great shotgun. Its a little heavier. Heavy walled barrel, machined extractor(not MIM) and is as smooth as my 70s Wingmaster. Much better than the Express models I handled side by side.
