You fellers posting the AR pics need to stop! I love my AK, but I am developing a sudden inexplicable urge to own an M-4 variant. Come on planets....Line up so I can feed my addiction!:banghead:

the only problem is i haven't been able to shoot it or even get the kobra properly sighted-in yet.

just thought i'd add some pictures of my kobra EKP-1S-03M. this reticle is the biggest one and looks alright out to about 25 yards. after that it is just too big, at 100 yards the crosshairs won't even touch a 12x12 inch target.
this is my prefered reticle right now, the dot is looks good for distance shots and the inverted chevron is great for quick on-target speed. the reticle looks a little fuzzy in the pics since i'm not so great with the camera but is crystal clear in real life. this picture is also a pretty good representation of what i see when i aim with the kobra, the adjustment knob is seated on the top and looks a lot worse than it really is. there is still a great field of view.

Trijicon ACOG TA11f arrives here monday so I will be putting up a few new pictures.....just didn't quite make it for january though as I would have liked.

Is it a bad thing that I have looked at some of these rifle pictures so often that I can identify the poster by just the rifle picture?

Chris's new powdercoat finish is extremely nice and very evenly applied. His older finish was a bit harder to apply as it was much thicker. The newer finish is just about as perfect you are going to get when it comes to doing a powdercoat. The powdercoat Chris uses isn't cheap, material wise, but he has been very happy with it.
The Axis holes were welded up and smoothed out. Takes awhile for Chris to do, but it looks great when its done.
Not that I don't like Krebs work, but just prefer AK-USA.

She looks good. BTW, once I get my 700 PSS and pick up an AR, I may have to ask you for a favor, and get you to take some photos of them and my revamped SAR. Maybe we can take them out to Hobson Pike and throw some rounds downrange at the same time.

Nope. The one I have came with the gun. Never used it, I just use the cleaning stuff I use on my ARs.

I just finished my latest build, a Romak 3 so I guess it counts an an AK.
