I also think W-231 would also be an excellent choice given the criteria you mentioned. It is clean burning, versatile, and economical (more loads per pound of powder) than many competive powders. IMHO it would be great for target to moderate power loads in all the calibers you mentioned. It would also work OK for full power loads in everything except perhaps 357 magnum where it is on the fast burning side of ideal....
