I own a highpoint carbine. I have problems with it jamming on the 3rd round in each of the magazines I own. I don't shoot it that often so I havn't tried to fix it.
Now, the gun store I frequent is always busy. I've never had to wait less than 10 minutes to even handle a firearm. Every time I've been in that place I've seen someone purchase a High Point. I'd venture to say they sell more High Points than they do Wilson, Kimber, SW, HK, Sig, or Glock.
They're in a.... uhm.. not so nice of area.. There are a lot of hoodlums running around. Everyone walks out of the store looking around with their hand on their hips (or pockets, depending on where they're concealing).
But, you can't beat their prices on new guns!!
