I see gun prices to continue to drop in real dollars. As of 1/1/2007 it takes $6 to buy a 1967 $1. My 1973 Remington was $100. A Savage with Acc-trigger is $349 with scope, way under 6x 1967 prices

The best seller in USA is the Ohio made Toyota Cambry. The biggest State Dosmestic Product of Alabama is now cars including Mercedes, Kia, and many more.

actually Im near the beach also , south Miami suburbs

house is 3-2 1 car garage fixed up,clean looking good move in condition on a waterway canal.Great, safe neighborhood with close access to all that is needed.Ive priced my house 15 to $ 20 grand lower then comparable houses in the hood.Last month has been particularly slow,guess because of the season.

Most of the houses in my hood have not sold either though.Tell you what though,went out of town recently further up the state and there are ALOT of houses for sale up there,alot more compared to here.I have high hopes that after the holidays people will start shopping again.

Dont get me wrong,while I really want to start new somewhere else because of being closer to family and a better music scene,buyers seem to think there is desperation...sorry but not so.Im willing to wheel and deal but Im not going to "give" it away for a steal...nope.If they want that the ghetto section might be better for them.

Taurus will decide, based on their success with the mil-spec PT1911 and perceived demand (mostly mine) to embark on production of new mil-spec M1 carbines. I will weep tears of joy.

Idaho, embarrassed by Alaska's adoption of "Vermont Carry," will initiate legislation to drop the CCW requirement.

The sheriff of Maricopa County (Phoenix) will find yet another way to make the feds look like fools in the handling of illegal residents and infiltrators.

Nevada will be the first state to lift the restriction on allowing school faculties to CCW.

My son will actually set aside enough time for me to train him on the use of his Christmas present (9mm pistol).

My wife will visit the range with me at least once a month and acquire skills with both her Ruger MkII and her 9mm pistol.

Wife and I will both apply for and receive our CCWs.

My gun safe will file for eminent domain over our walk-in closet in protest of being asked to hold (additionally) both a new single-action revolver (or two) and a Marlin 39A.

I will continue to drool over the Taurus PT1911.
I will continue to drool over M1 Carbines.

The Toyota Camry is currenty produced in KY with potential additional production possibly performed in IN in the future as they now hold a controlling interest in Subaru (purchased from GM) who have a plant there. The Honda Accord (as well as Civic, Ac TL, et al) is produced in OH.
