I picked up a Norinco SKS from a buddy of mine on the cheap, and I know its worth substantially more than what I paid. Its a nice gun and all, but unfortunately isnt of much use to me. I'd like to sell it to help fund a new pistol for my upcoming CHL. Hopefully one of you experts can chime in and help me out, heres what I'm lookin at:
Its a Norinco SKS, marked as such, with spike bayonet, sling, cleaning kit..
All of the serial numbers match except for the one that is etched into the wood stock. The stock is in pretty good shape, some nicks, scratches, but nothing glaringly wrong. Its finished fairly nicely. As far as I can tell, it has the "threaded" barrel. I also have about 350 rounds of Wolf Military Classic Hollow Point ammo that it came with, along with 3 stripper clips.
I would like to sell the rifle, but I dont want to take less than I could get, nor do I want to scare off buyers with a high price. Any thoughts on a good starting price? Thanks a bunch guys
