I am contemplating parting with my p7M13, which is in good/excellent condition. I have had this weapon for a long time and am unsure as to a correct price point. Additionally, I have 3 magazines and two holsters for the weapon and the box and papers. The only thing I can't locate speedily is the gas cleaning tool. This isn't a safe queen but hasn't been carried. I clean it when I go to the range and have probably put a thousand rounds through it over the years. I looked at gunbroker...but the pricing there is hard for me to get a grip on as there aren't that many of the P7M13s for sale.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Depends on how good the finish is. Those mags should bring $75-100 each. The gun itself should be somewhere around $1300-1500 if the finish is say 90-95%. More if it's nearly new. LNIB examples are selling readily at $2K. I bought my M13 before the model was discontinued. It's a 1984 vintage and LN. I paid somewhere in the $1300s for it. I ran across 2 extra mags for $70 each shortly thereafter. This was in 2003 during the ban. You already know about gunbroker and gunsamerica, but I suggest you look over at www.parkcitiestactical.com in the cult of the P7 forum. Lots of info there.

Thank you

SPS,

Thanks for the advice. Will go trolling the internet some more. I bought my P7 in 1987, IIRC. Bought one additional mag later for about $80. During the ban...I looked at a gun show and the guy wanted a hundred and twenty for a magazine.:what:
I figured it would be cheaper to go to Germany and get some!!

In better than avg shape, she's probably worth an arm and a leg...with original box und papers, she's worth the head and the neck ;) Be sure you'll be okay w/o her...I personally wouldn't get gid of a M13 if I had one ;)

I hear you 10 Ring

Trust me, I hear you loud and clear. I have some debts to take care of and thought this might be a quick fix. HOWEVER, I did promise myself I wouldn't do this AGAIN.....:banghead:

I get asked each time I go to a show...looking for mags...if I want to part with it....

I did just purchase...and wait for 9 months for a holster too....

Decisions...decisions.

The Cabela's here has one, about 75-80% on the finish with two mags for $1800. That's a decent price and I almost thought about picking it up. ;)

I sold my P7M8 last year b/c I needed the money. I still have two M13's. There's no way I will ever sell either of those. (Of course I carry one of them daily, so my attachment is a little different)
