Primers at Acadmey

I just bought Winchester small pistol primer at Academy in Tyler Tx ! They also had Large Pistol and Large Rifle 3.99 per 100. Not a bad price these days.

Is Winchester all they had? Did they have any other reloading stuff? I'll be in Tyler this weekend to visit family, actually Chandler, but Tyler isn't too far off.

Academy has never carried primers in the past, so I was surprised by the find. I do not believe that there is any more reloading supplies. jwrowland77 FYI I live in Chandler and work next door to Academy

I would check each pack before you buy, 2 of 10 were missing primers.

Where bouts is the Academy at in Tyler?

Our farm is in Palestine and I usually have to run to Gander if I need anything while I am up there playing with the toys.

Academy is about 1/2 mile north of Goober Mountain

It's WAY down on south broadway. I saw some tuesday morning at academy in conroe tx. winchester brand, all sizes, $4 a box of 100. pretty good if all you need are a couple hundred. I however need to buy in bulk.
