Hello... So brickseek is showing plenty of ammo at my local Walmarts, but the managers are telling me they have none. Actually went to a Walmart I purchased from a couple weeks ago and manager told me they quit selling all ammo two years ago?

Brickseek has always been hit or miss for me as far as ammo goes.

Could also be they have it in as far as orders but haven't processed it. Or, I know alot of stores removed guns and ammo from the sales floor in fear of rioting/looting, could be they have it in the back and don't want to go get it.

I'd also heard/read what BigBL87 mentioned, and I'd heard it with specific reference to Walmart. They had pulled guns and ammo in fear of election riots, and at other times recently due to anti-police riots. According to what I read - which looked somewhat official - that inventory is either kept locked up in a back room or transported to a more secure location. Keep in mind, not all Walmarts sell guns and/or ammo. We have a couple in the region that haven't sold guns since they were opened (maybe ten years or so.) They aren't in bad areas, but somewhat adjacent to less than great areas, let's say.

So I don't think there's a national policy change based on what I've heard. Local policies are probably a different story.

They should really call it Crapshoot instead of Brickseek. I’ve found it to be accurate less than 50% of the time.

My local Wal mart quit selling ammo this spring.
Only fishing and pocket knives sit in the locking cases now :(.

    Stay safe.
