Never let go of that Ruger!

I had the 2" hammerless with LaserGrips. Wish to heck I'd hung on to it.

um yeah, see .380's first name is 9x17mm Browning auto pistol, or corto or...

Sorry sometimes I speak before I think. I read 9mm I think 9mm luger my bad!

How do you like the CZ?

I just bought it and haven't taken it out to the range yet (can't wait!). This is my first auto loader and I did tons of research on a few brands/models before purchasing. The CZ 82/83's have fantastic reviews. I know it's a matter of preference, but I really like its classic look over the polymer style handguns.

I bought a CZ-83 as my first autoloader as well and have never once regretted the purchase. Hope you enjoy yours as much as I do mine.

I got a CZ-82 after reading several forums about how nice they were. The praise didn't do it justice, mine has the nicest trigger I've ever pulled on a factory gun under $1000. I own S&W's, an H&K, Walthers, and Rugers, that CZ is the best. It sits next to the bed in between range trips. When I'm barely awake and fumbling, I only put it or the S&W's at arm reach.

After a few hundred rounds, I bet that CZ-83 becomes your favorite piece.
