Pump vs Auto

autos are finicky about ammo quality

Not always, and far less true than in decades past. For example, my Remington 1100's are less finicky about ammo quality than my 870 Express models, and I've had far more stoppages from my 1980's vintage 870 Wingmaster 20ga (usually a FTE) than from my 1980's vintage Browning Auto 5 20ga.

I hope my pair of police riot ithica 37's will work? I know its not a auto but I would not want to be on the recieving end of any shotgun.
So would OO or OOO hurt more at 15 to 20 feet out of a auto or a pump?

at 20 feet, its really not going to make much of a difference

pumps are finicky about operator quality.

This is the point I was making earlier... I've seen more pumps stumble because the operator isn't running right than I've seen semis stumble because the ammo/gun isn't running right.

Haven't seen anybody mention the reduced recoil of a semi auto as a factor.
My semi doesn't kick as much as my pump.
Therefore, I am back on target mo fasta.

Also, Ich Bin der sissy, so less recoils is mo nicer.
