If I hand to take a stab at it, I would say it is Independence ammo casing. It is a type of blazer, and I reason that it is Independence because the logo for the ammo has a star on it and the I in Independence.

I'm pretty sure that's Independence Brand.

Haven't shot any in awhile, but iirc, that's the headstamp mine had.

It's not Israeli, it's Brazilian. Independence Ammo is the economy ammo from CBC of Brazil. They make Magtech ammo and military ammo too.

Independence Ammo is to Magtech like American Eagle is to Federal ammo. I have shot a good amount of their ammo and it all shot well and the brass is very good for reloading.

I have Independence 5.56 ammo that is marked FC on the brass, but it is assembled/made in Israel.

Yes, atfe.org is not the government, my goof, saw BATFE and was thinking Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives= (ATF)

ATFE is the Association of Firearm and Tool Mark Examiners
