Question about Xtreme Bullets

I placed an order with this company on 12-1-2013, and it still hasn't shipped, according to their website, they have many multiples of everything I ordered in stock, and they had 17% off on all their plated bullets when I ordered, but I'm beginning to wonder if they're ever going to ship my order...:cuss: So, my question, to those of you who have ordered from this company is, is this normal? and if so, how long does it normally take for them to ship an order?
 
I ordered some on November 30, they shipped December 2 & I got them a couple of days after that. Contact them & check on your order status.
 
It took longer than expected for mine to get here (Yesterday), but when I thought about it, it occurred to me that they must have sold a gazillion bullets during the sale, and be backed up on shipping. It wouldn't hurt to call, but I imagine they are just swamped is all.
 
I placed my order on 11/29 at 6:00am. LOL! I got a email today saying they shipped. This is abnormal for them, but they did sell a gazillion bullets. I usually place a order once or twice per month with them. I normally order on Friday, and have them by the next Thursday or Friday.
 
I've ordered from them 3 times and each time my order shipped in 2-3 days.
I doubt they are jacking you around. Orders get lost, stuff happens. I'm sure they will do right by you.
 
My previous Xtreme order (three months ago) did have a small snafu: I got on box of .357s in about a week, then finally called and found the other shipment of larger calibers from their second facility had gotten hung up. Those went out quickly after I called.

I ordered on Cyber Monday, so I'm not holding my breath this time. I'll bet they're shipping about a million bullets from that weekend.
 
My last order from Xtreme, which was placed during their original 15% off sale took longer than my previous orders also. When I would go to their website, it just said "order pending" or somethin' like that. After a coupla weeks I noticed my card had been charged and the bullets showed up the next day. Actually pretty fast compared to component availability the last coupla years where it was months of wait instead of just a coupla weeks.
 
I ordered mine on 11/30. They left Spokane,Wa. on 12/10 and were on my porch in SC on 12/11. They are nice looking bullets, and I've never had any that were better packed!

I agree. I received the email while I was working on a job, and when I finished 45min later I had received another email with 17%. Still nice getting 17% off. It will hold me over till January when we do out next group buy at our Gun Club.
 
My order was on the 29th, and I received them 3 business days later. I was very impressed with that. Already loaded up 1500 of them and fired some too. Great looking and great shooting boolits.

I agree that packaging was excellent. Leaps and bounds better than Midway does it.
 
Ordered black Friday and received last night. I don't think I have ever seen packing that good. They take care of the product.
 
I've only ordered from them once, but was very happy. The only issue I have is that their computer system uses the USPS address database, and they cannot get around that. The addresses out my road changed recently and the organization in charge of doing it never got around to notifying the USPS about the new addresses, so my address was not in the database. A few emails and pleasant phone conversations resolved the issue and I ended up sending them to my parents' house.
 
Viper: Now that you've suffered through this crisis, let me suggest that you see if you can get some expedited shipping on an order of Paxil from an online pharmacy. :evil:
 
I ordered on 11/30 and they shipped on 12/12. After about a week, I too starting to wonder if everything was OK. It was my first time ordering from them and decided to wait two weeks before making a call but the order shipped before then so all is good. I really hate calling about order status because many companies are backed up and it probably slows them down when they get swamped by calls. Some companies earlier this year chose to not answer their phone or emails because of it.
