If one were to then do the work required for the bullet guide that would be get you up to four U.S. made parts (or five if the screw itself counts).
At this point would the weapon be 922r compliant? If not, I am confused as to how Tapco could sell a Saiga stock that does not require the full "sporter to AK" conversion without some sort of warning to the consumer that the rifle would need more work to be in compliance.
