Disclaimer: I don't want to re-open the "Penetration vs. Energy-Dump" debate, and I ask you not to let that become the focus of this thread... :uhoh:

I've been reading some testing and information about the Triton Quick-Shok ammo, and it seems pretty interesting to me.

Without sacrificing much penetration, you still get multiple wound channels. And it doesn't disintegrate into powder like some pre-frag ammo.

I checked ammoman.com, aimsurplus, and one or two others, but found no decent supplier with a good range of calibers.

Anybody else have better luck?
TIA,
FM

I used a bit of Triton in my Taurus PT99 but in the past couple years, Natchez is always out of stock on almost every single Triton part number.

CWL--

Been there, done that. Emailed both sales AND custserv twice, have gotten nary a reply. GEEZ!

cratz2-- Natchez Shooter's Supply has this BS policy that they won't sell to people in Tennessee and surrounding territories, preferring instead to add another layer of middleman profit to the cost.

Anybody else have an idea?
As Ben Stein says: Anyone? Anyone? :D

Bought a bunch of ammo direct from Triton. Ordered directly from their site without any problems. It was 'bout 2 yeas back.

If you are encountering problems with communications nowadays, then Triton may not be the sort of ammo that you want to carry.
