Quickest turnaround on a firearm?

2 days for me. On a whim I bought a S&W 9mm on a Saturday afternoon for $275, figuring it would do better nightstand duty than my current 9mm since the S&W had an accessory rail for a light. I put 100 rounds through it that afternoon and while I shot it well, I decided I still didn't care for striker fired triggers. Later that day I happened to be browsing Armslist and found a listing for a LNIB S&W 442 that wanted to trade for a "Glock 9mm". A 442 had been on my wish list for a couple years so I sent him a pic and we traded Monday after work.

Shortest amount of time has been maybe three months. Bought a S&W PC Shield, shot it and it had a bad barrel; 12" groups at 25yds. Sent it back and got it back 2 months later. Shot it again and it was better, but still got horrible groups at 25yds; 6"-8". All my handguns will do under 3" at 25yds. Called S&W and they said it was within their accuracy specs and likely wouldn't fix it. Wanted me to send it back. I sold it to a coworker who said he didn't care how it grouped at 25yds since he never shot past 7ds. He was happy and I lost maybe $50 on the whole ordeal. S&W lost a lot more since I have passed them over in buying my last three firearms... Replaced the Shield with an XDS, got a Ruger SR556 instead of the S&W M&P15, and last month a Glock G29 replaced my M&P40C that I sold to another coworker.

Quickest one, probably 90 seconds. Traded for a rifle and an FEG high power clone, turned away from the table at the gun show, and a guy asked if i was selling it. Said i might and quoted him $100 more than i just traded into. He whips out money and buys it. So i didn't even get to step away from the table and it was gone... Easy money.

About 3 hrs. My LGS got a bunch of "turn in" S&W model 64s in 2" & 4" at a fantastic price. I bought a 2" and 2 of the 4" guns. When I got home I cleaned them all and was planning to go to the range when my neighbor came over. He fell in love with the 2" and bought it on the spot.

I figured I could always get another but when I went back to the shop they were all gone.

I bought an old Taurus Model 66 6 shot made in the 80s. I sold it the next day as it was in rougher shape that I first observed.

About 45 minutes. Never made it out of the store with the Sig P226 Stainless I got an amazing deal on. I was offered a nice chunk of profit, so it went home with another guy. He still has it 10+ years later. I want another one.
