    R-15 VTR and Accuracy

Has anybody shot or loaded for this new Rem “Varmint Rifle”... If so are they as accurate as Remington Arms suggest? Here in Canada its darn near impossible to get an AR-15 but this new Varmint rifle is now available.....With the new political environment this availability is likely temporary, so think I should buy now... But I only want it if it can do at least a 21/2 inch circle at 200 yards. All information greatly appreciated. :D

Red, did you get the 18" barrel or 22" ... If i buy, it will be the longer barrel.. As to your new buy, why not get that sucker to the range and gives us a report.... couple months ago, i bought a sps tactical Rem mod 700 with 20" barrel, it groups 1/2 " with factory ammo, can't wait to get some time to work up a decent load... But i would like something that groups good in a AR type as some of the competitions really require quick action...
looks are nice, feel is good but accuracy is everything....
    all the best.
