R&D conversion problems

I just got my R&D conversion cylinder in the mail and it fits right to my gun but when i go to cock it the cylinder dosent turn. When i put it on half cock the cylinder rotates fine but when i cock it all the way it starts to lock up and when the hammer goes all the way forward forget about fully or half cocking it again. What do yall think is the problem?

Well I think i found the problem. I was just messing around with it and looking and i noticed that the stop notches on the cylinder are smaller then the stop latch it self and i think that is why it is locking up b/c it only does that on those notches and not the safty ones. I will most like when i have time widen them out but I hope that is the problem though.
