Say you hear your local wallyworld gets a shipment (@ least 10 pallets) of "your" cal. of ammo. You go to buy a (1) case of ammo, & during checkout, the cashier scans the case of ammunition & the price shows up as $19.99 (price per box) & not the price for a full case of ammo. (full price=$19.99 + 7% sales tax X 50 boxes=$1,069.46). You know it's mis-marked by 1/20th, & you expected to pay for a full case.
My question is this -
Do you bring it to the attention of the cashier before buying it, or do you just buy it for $21.39 & later brag about getting a good deal, or how stupid wallyworld was for mis-labeling it?
Please don't get me wrong. I'm not trying to start anything w/ this poll. I was reading another post & a un-named Forum Moderator suggested someone start a new thread titled "Why are so many gun buyers dishonest?" I don't believe "So many gun buyers are dishonest", but I'm not in the gun sales business anymore either.
I was going to ask this mis-marked ammo question to the thread starter of "Why are gun dealers dishonest", but figured my question would look like an attack.
I've met a couple of folks in my time & they've claimed to be "painfully honest". How Honest are you?
