You could trap and move it some where down the road.

Our last house had a major league coon problem. We did have our bird feeders out of there reach but they still showed up to try. My wife is absolutely diedly with our old rem 511 with a red dot site. and cci CB shorts. She could slide open the glass door about 2" and shoot. At times she would shoot 2 or 3 before they realized what was happen. Tap them in the neck head area and they hit the deck and the others would look on at there wigglin buddy while she racked another round. All you heard was the fireing pin strike in side. All this from 10 feet to 16 max. Long barrel 22 and cb shorts makes for a quiet quick kills.
