Shot The Remington Conversion

Finally got around yesterday to shoot my Remington Conversion in 45 Colt.
Boy does she shoot. Dead on right in the middle at 25 yds. I was impressed
that a fixed sighted gun would do this. I guess I just got lucky. The only thing
I had with me was "Buffalo Bore" 255 gr at 1,000 fps standard pressure load.
I have some "Black Hills" Cowboy ammo and some Goex "Black Dawge" Black
Powder loads to try next time. I was very impressed with the accuracy and
just the way it shot. Very slick action. It's a keeper for now.

Good post kwhi. That's a real nice looking 58 you got there. I'm thinking about having my shorty fix that way. This post is makeing me fell more easy about having it done.

I'm headed out this morning to shoot mine have two different loads to try some Trail Boss and some Clays. Both mild low pressure, going to shoot my 5.5 inch and my 8 inch.
