sorry, it is the federal government. they are there to make our lives a living he77! they have way to much athourity, and not enough training to do the job right. ask 10 different workers, and you will get 10 different answers. common sense is NOT a job requirement!!!!

So I live in WA also, and I'm wondering about your statement here...

Okay,so far so good. Second page, he asked me i need proof of 90days that i was here. (paper said, bank statement, house bill. ...... works)

Are the 90 days you're referring to specific to your alien status? If not, and it's the standard "have you been here for 90 days" question, then it doesn't apply to you if you have a WA ID. Law regarding this is located in section C here:
