RCBS comes through

I know this has likely to have been hashed out before, but once again, RCBS has come through with their great customer support. I had missing parts from my old 4x4 after a relocation and called up to see if I could buy any of these items. Not only did they have all the little parts, but they are sending everything free of charge (even when I offered to pay since this is a 20+ year old press). We seem to support one of the few industries where great customer service (regardless of the company) is the norm and not the exception. Where else do you find that these days?

Agreed, they always send me parts for free. That's why I stick with them.

Dillon precision is another reloading company who backs up their products no matter what.

Example: My b.i.l. Purchased an old dillon 550 at a garage sale for an unbelievable low $$$$$. He said the press looked like it had been dragged behind a pu truck for 5 years on a gravel road. He shipped the press to dillion, ask them to repair or replace whatever needed to be done & he would be glad to pay for the restoration (he is a dentist so $$$$ was no problemo). A few weeks later, the press arrived on his front porch completely restored, parts, paint, etc and the shipping invoice said "no charge"---that was 20 years ago & he still has that same press and then bought 2 additional dillon presses. That's a total of 3 he has setup & ready to go !!!

I've had similar experiences with Dillon and RCBS. Dems be good folk.

Yea i need to set my 4x4 up. I bought it at a auction. And I know its missing alot of parts. The whole primer system isnt there...and some other stuff. Especially since i paid WAY to much for it when i bought it. I hope i come out as good as you.
