A pleasant experience today. I’ve been using RCBS reloading products for quite a few years, but since I’ve never had a problem with their products, I’ve never contacted them before. Well, yesterday I broke a decapping pin.

Called them today and got right through. Now I have a decapping assembly AND a few pins on the way at NO charge. What some of you guys have been saying about their good CS is definitely true.

I just wanted to give RCBS customer service a big thumbs up and thank you.

Oops, this probably belongs in the reloading section. Mods; please move. Sorry :(

They are top notch. I Sent a steel die back to be polished and they returned a carbide instead. Certainly takes away any question about their product. Buy American with confidence since they back it up.

My experiences have all been positive. I even didn't pay for half the stuff I have. I'm a fan.

That's they way they have rolled as long as I have reloaded.

Which is to say 52 years.

I have very seldom ever had an RCBS product fail.
But if it did, you get new stuff by return mail free, no questions ask about what you did stupid.

The last go-around was a few years ago when I called them to ask about Buying the new ball end press handle they were using on the latest Rock-Chucker to replace the bicycle straight grip that came on my 1970 Rock-Chucker press 45 years ago.

They took my name & address and thanked me for being an RCBS customer before I could ask about payment.

I got a new ball end press handle in the mail 4 days later.
Free, No Charge!

Try calling your automobile manufacture and get a free steering wheel for your 1970 Ford or Chevy!

I am new to reloading so have never dealt with RCBS CS....until today. My Uniflow powder measure (purchased on fleabay) arrived today with the hopper broke in half:cuss:. I decided to call RCBS to see what it will take to get another hopper. The entire phone call was less than 5 minutes, and the new hopper is on the way.:D

My experience is the same as above. My bench priming tool wore out after 30 years. Didn't matter, new one was sent to me. I shoot 4 different types of competition so thousands of rounds had been primed.

I have been using a RCBS Rockchucker since 1969 without any problems. This fall while on a trip to Bull Shoals, Arkansas I found an identical press in an antique store for $35. Took it home and bolted it to my bench but when I installed the shellholder I found that the ram clip spring was missing. Called RCBS and the friendly lady put one in the mail to me, no charge. Makes me happy to deal with them.
