broke a decapping pin while working with my 45 reloads ..tell the guys at work and they all laughed saying they've never broken a pin ...so I bought some more put them in and found out that the pin was not centered in the die ...called RCBS customer service told them of my problem and with no questions asked told me they will send me the parts to replace what may be bad at no cost to me ....man what great customer service

Their customer service is absolutely second to none. I could fill a page of stuff they've replaced for FREE, the most recent of which was a lubrisizer on which I crooss threaded the nut on top of the lube cavity. Sent the whole thing back and they promptly sent me another... no charge!! Another one of the many reasons I'll pay a little more for RCBS.

HUH!! try buying a broken part from them, they won`t take cash, credit card, check, nothing. You either get it FREE, and right away, or you don`t get it.
You call that good CS ?? :)

Someone gave me a spare pistol chamber for a Uniflow and I had a spare RIFLE micrometer. Figured I would have to pay for the PISTOL micrometer screw to make it go...nope, sent free without hassle. LOVE RCBS

I agree. They are great. Needed a new motor for my Vibratory Case Cleaner and didn't want to send the whole thing outside for repair. They had a replacement motor to me at no cost, in less than a week.

RCBS customer service is great, but I haven't broken a RCBS decap pin since I bought the Lee Universal Decapping die.

RCBS CS is the beez neez. I somehow misplaced the .10" thick spacer ring for my .357/.38 Special die set and could not find it listed in the catalog. I called them about it and the guy immediately said "give me your address and I'll send you a couple for nuthin'." I tried to insist on paying since it was my fault. He wouldn't hear of it.

Right after they arrived I found my original and now I have three.

On another occasion I broke the leaf spring on my primer arm, phoned them and one guy got one in the mail right away. A few days go by and I call to check and talk to another guy explaining that I want to check to see if it is mailed. He said "not worth the trouble to check, I'll send you one myself and maybe you will end up with a spare." Sure enough, two seperate envelopes eventually arrived.

The good news is I rarely have to call them because their tools are so good they rarely need any CS. But when I do, they are the best!

RCBS customer service is outstanding.I e-mailed them that after only 40 plus years of use,my Rock Chucker plastic spent primer catcher broke. They sent me a new one,NO CHARGE.hdbiker

All my reloading machines are the pleasant green of RCBS for that same simple reason---outstanding customer service. The only exception to that is my shotgun reloaders which are all red MEC. I couldn't begin to tell ya how helpful they are in the 40+ years I've been reloading.:D

The only companies that I've dealt with regarding reloading equipment have been RCBS and Hornady. Neither is better than the other in my experiences. They are both excellent. If every US company had customer service like that this country would be much better off. Dillon and Redding are supposed to be just as good. I hear Lee can be a little iffy sometimes but is generally good to. Half of the reviews of Lyman's CS that have read have rated them as terrible, hope I never have to deal with them.

I tried getting a replacement collet for my Lyman Thor hammer, they gave me the part number so I could order it. I found mine shortly after. S'pose they were nice tho.

Sent from my CZ85 Combat
