RCBS is number 1!!!

Just wanted to let you all know about my experience with RCBS. I somehow broke my decapping stem (not the pin) on my RCBS X dies in 30/06 cal. I e-mailed them last night to get the correct part number so i could order a new stem. About 10:00am this morning i received a return e-mail saying that they had ordered the part for me at NO CHARGE!. RCBS is number 1 in my book!

I have noticed the same responce from a lot of the other manufacturers, Dillon, Redding it appears that customer service with most gun or reloading companies is great

I had a recent similar experience with RCBS. Inquired about replacement parts for a reloader's special die set, and they mailed out the conversion kit with decapping pins for free.

I obviously won't hesitate to buy their products in the future.

Both RCBS and Redding have sent replacement parts gratis that I was more than willing to pay for.
