I just want to say!! That it's nice to deal with a American Co, Like RCBS .
My 13yr old case vibrator:eek: craped out 2 weeks ago.
Called them up and they said send back and they would take care of it.
This afternoon when I came home from work, there on my door step. All boxed up, I took it out , and they replaced the motor and all the rubber bushings!!

.......N/C !!!!!!!!:)

Now that's taking care of your customer:)

About four months ago I loaned a set of 'older' .38 SPL/.357 Mag dies (they don't even make that style any longer) to a friend.

Not too long ago I decided to size some cases up and I saw some crazy looking scratches the full length of the case which you could catch your fingernail on.

I called him up and, sure enough, he ran quite a few cases through the sizing die not lubing the cases (he said he thought all of my pistol dies were carbide which, of course, RCBS aren't). I also found out he didn't clean the cases as he should have. (This will be the last time I loan out my dies...I know....give me heck for even doing it this time).

I called RCBS and honestly told them what had happened and asked if they could refinish the inside of the sizer die. They told me to send the die in and they would take a look and see if anything could be done.

A little over three weeks later I received not only a brand new sizing die but a complete set in the green box.

Knowing the damage was done out of ignorance and not product failure they could well have said, "Miun hum ni da."

The fact they gave me a new set says a LOT for a company like RCBS. They're a great company as far as I'm concerned.

RCBS is a first class operation all the way. I bought a micro adjust for my powder throw, and bought the wrong size. (My mistake). I called them up and they sent me the parts to convert it, no charge.
