What is the difference the DSA STG 58 and SA58?

The Primary difference is one is 100% a DSA product (the SA 58) the other is from an Austrian kit that has a DSA receiver and 922r parts.

Dont know about where you live but that is about 5 mags and 1K rounds of good 7.62x51 ammo to learn, train and shoot with. Get and STG58C in 18" barrel and shoot the piss out of it. You will not be unhappy.
