Reclassified Speer Ammo?

I was wondering if anyone has came across any reclassified ammo from Speer? I was thinking that they had plenty of it from the recall. I hope they didn't destroy the ammo, It would make great practice ammo for our carry/home defence guns.

AIM Surplus has the 9mm 124+p for $280 for 1,000. Not reclassified stuff and most definately not practice ammo at that price.

I ran into the Speer re-class over a year ago at $170 per 1000. I shot 500, saving/carrying the rest. I heard that at the time the reclass had nothing to do with reliability or safety. My 500 rds experience says it's great ammo and I'd trust my life to it. Now that $280/1000 is a great deal if it's not reclass.
