Recoil Reduction for 300WM Howa 1500?

I am shooting the Federal 180gr Walmart loads, and it is still rather stout.

I am using the Howa 1500 Legacy with the synthetic stock

Does anyone have recommendations for a pad for the stock? I saw a Limbsaver, but did not buy because not sure of the size (Medium or large). I think the Weatherby and Howa stock sizes are same?
Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Muzzlebrake perhaps? A 300WM is a lot of cartridge, all the weight and padding is only going to help so much.
