What's your budget? How long are you willing to look for it? IIRC, there were some Israeli K98 Mausers rebarreled to .308, and they have a ladder rear sight that could be easily replaced with a scout-mount. I think Savage used to have a version of the 110 so configured. After that, I think the costs of mounting the scope are gonna start to bust your budget. I have a Spanish FR-8 (98k with a CETME barrel, cute), but I wouldn't scope it. It's the only 98-pattern misurp bolt gun that has an aperture rear site that I know of. Shoots well for me.
If you'll accept a more conventional mount, then there's a blue jillion out there in used-gun racks. A Remington 788, a 700, et endless cetera.
