The site www.hipowersandhandguns.com is an excellent place to read Stephen A. Camp's superb handgun articles. They are what SHOULD be appearing in gun magazines...
Recently, this site was re-designed, and now offers a forum owned by a Joshua Smith. Attempts to register there are returned, saying that an error has occurred. I was unable to post in the Help section. (An "error" occurred.) The forum seems to acknowledge my chosen board name, but never sent a password number.
Has anyone else had problems there? The info posted suggests that a previous forum owned by Mr. Smith was "hacked". (I don't know the details, or which site.) He is apparently being cautious about hackers trying to gain entry to this site, as one would expect.
I know that Stephen Camp posts here. If he or anyone else who knows what's going on can comment, please do. I'm sure that I'm not the only one having problems. If the forum can be accessed and is secure against hacking, I suspect that it would be a nice place to post...
I'm putting this here because THR is probably the most often visited gun forum, and someone who knows something (perhaps even Mr. Smith?) may see it and be able to help. Thanks.
