My apologies for mentioning another website, but does anyone know what happened to Evan Marshall's Stopping Power Forum? The site is still there, sort of, but the discussion forums are inaccessible. At first I thought they might have been attacked by a hacker, but surely the problem would have been resolved by now. Like anyplace else, some posts were better than others, but there was a lot of good information on there.
