reloading .223

I want to start reloading .223 for my ar15 that has a 1/9 twist. So i was wondering what powders you guys like to use for a 55 grain projectile.

Not to rehash the numerous threads here - my 223 choices are:
AA2230 for 55gr loads in semi-autos
H335 for 52 and 55gr loads in bolt actions
LT

LC brass with 26.8 gr Varget
Hornady 55gr btfmj
3014 fps

My favorite load for my .223 is 24.5gr H335 with Hornady 55gr V-Max CCI 400 and Winchester brass. I dont shoot an AR though, its a bolt gun.
