I'm looking at a used Remington 1100 LT-20 Special. It's in very good condition. Intended use is primarily as a trap gun for my eldest son. I have a few questions:
1) What's the most you'd pay?
2) Is there any way to tell the vintage from the serial number? The dealer doesn't know. I checked the Remington site and they don't have a list of serial number ranges for 1100's.
3) Anything to watch out for?
4) It includes one choke (Improved Cylinder.) If I wished to change chokes will RemChokes work in it or do I need to know the age?
Thanks,
Abe
