Berkley,

That there is purdy! Good job HH! What much did HH charge you?

Where about in Austin do you shoot? I spent about 2 1/2 years of my life in Austin. Great town!

Berkley

It was gerat doin' business with ya!
It really does look good with the grips..........

I can usually get to the silver plating quickly as I do quite a bit of silver on the Colt style trigger guards and back straps........

The Remington Trigger guards run $40.00 and the Colt sets are $75.00

HH

Glad y'all liked it.
The grips are from N.C. Ordnance.
Am still looking for a BP-friendly place to shoot that isn't an hour's drive or more away. If you haven't been to Austin for a few years, you might not recognize the place.:(
HH was great to deal with - got the job done in no time, and kept me informed of status all along the way.

Will do - my brother lives in Irving, and we occasionally get a couple of tables at Market Hall for one of the Dallas Arms Collectors Assn shows. Hope to do it again sometime soon.

I should send my 58 trigger guards to you for that. I like it. While I'm at it, I should send the trigger guard and other brass bits off my CVA Colonial pistol to you for the same treatment. I like the look of the silver better than polished brass, and MUCH better than tarnished brass.

Jaymo...........just shoot me a PM and I'll get you the info for shipping to me!

Colt Silver plated most all of their brass bits.........the Italians just skip that step....

will do. I really like the look of your silver plating. Can you silver plate other items, such as razors? I have some old safety razors I'd like to get replated.

I have an old Gem Junior single edge razor that is unplated brass. I'd love to get it plated.

I think Berkley's 58 Remington would look good great with all of the screws silver plated.

Those grips look great in contrast with the blue steel. I think I'm going to order a couple pairs of those grips for mine (5.5" and 8") along with getting the trigger guard silver plated.
Come to think of it, I think my Pietta 51 Navy would look great with those grips and the trigger guard/grip frame silver plated.
Inexpensive way to make these smoke wagons really stand out, without looking pimped out.
