I took my Marlin 60 shooting about a month ago, where as the bolt locked open. When I finally got around to looking at it a few weeks ago I disasymbled it and was looking at the trigger group. The mechanism that releases the hammer wasn't working, was frozen. I placed the trigger group back in the stock to find verify I was looking in the correct spot.

Well, I got the hammer to release, but at the same time the pin that holds the sping in place either broke or came out and the spring flew out. Now I need to find out where to get a replacement spring and pin, and any other parts I may have lost.

Any ideas where I should look, besides sending my gun to Marlin... where I would have to pay for something I'm confident I can do myself. Gun is probably 10 years old, but was very reliable up till this point.

Thanks,

Cyanide
